Hi Experts:
Our IDES system is currently residing on a 170 network. however, whenever someone tries to connect with it from outside of that network, the connection alway resets.
What do I have to do to stop that from happening.
I am guessing that I would have to go into the system and run a transaction that will allow me to make the necessary changes.
Can anyone help me out here.
