DNL_CUST_PROD1 error with R3MATCLASS

Dear Experts,

I have a problem in Initial load from R3 to SRM.

I am working on the Initial load - Object: DNL_CUST_PROD1.

No errors in OUTBOUND queue. In the INBOUND queue the error is as mentioned below...

Status text - Hierarchy R3MATCLASS is used for application 02.

I have successfully loaded the below mentioned objects.

DNL_CUST_BASIS3

DNL_CUST_PROD0

DNL_CUST_SRVMAS

Kindly help me in this regard.

Hello,

Please firstly review notes 453154 & 902814 attached for details on

probable causes/effects of the LOGSYS change.

Also, please confirm that the new logical system is available in

customizing define backend systems and has been converted using

transaction BDLS.

Also, as the old product categories will point to the old logical

system they will have to be removed by use of report

com_hierarchy_delete_all
