Hello,

Can you please let me know how to access the following, seen below.

1. CUP (Compliant User provisioning) previously known as AE (Access Enforcer)

2. SPM (Super User Priviledge Management) previously known as FF (Fire Fighter)

3. SAP GRC PC 2.5 (Process Control)

4. SAP GTS

5. SAP GRC Repository

6. SAP GRC RM 2.0 (Risk Management)

Also I understand that there are tables starting with VIRSA%, existing in SAPSR3DB schema, my question is that, when GRC has replaced Virsa, did this also effect the tables?

7. If the above is true, then how can I get the list of the changed tables of GRC (instead of Virsa)?

Thanks in advance!!

Hello Abdul,

Here is how you can access the applications:

1. CUP (Compliant User provisioning) previously known as AE (Access Enforcer)

This is web based application based on JAVA. You will need a URL which would look like:

http://<server>:<port>/AE

2. SPM (Super User Priviledge Management) previously known as FF (Fire Fighter)

This application has 2 components starting from version 5.2 & in version 5.3.

a) web based - this is only for reporting where all the reports are available in web based tool. The URL for this is :

http://<server>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~ffappcomp/Firefighter

b) ABAP based - this is actual application for SPM which is installed on SAP System and accessed via tcode /VIRSA/VFAT.

3. SAP GRC PC 2.5 (Process Control)

To access this application you need NWBC.

4. SAP GTS

5. SAP GRC Repository

6. SAP GRC RM 2.0 (Risk Management)

This is an web based application which you can access either from Portal or via NWBC (NetWeaver Business Client). Once deployed, the application can be accessed via the portal where a tab would be available for Risk Management.

As for the tables, there was no change in that. Tables still start with the prefix of VIRSA. As the new versions & new features are added to the applications new tables are getting introduced in the list.

Hi,

1.For list of tables,If your database is oracle >Go to Os level -> SQLplus -> connect / as sysdba>then execute the following query

select table_name from dba_tables where table_name LIKE 'VIRSA%' AND OWNER='SAPSR3DB'; --This will list all the tables of GRC applications. You can access the tables from database and all the tables starts from VIRSA_AE*.

If you are not comfortable with SQLplus you can ask the help of dba or basis.for checking the contents of any particular virsa table go to CCdebugger and do a select query.

2.There is a another option to view the tables in display mode only. Kindly chk the following link and there you can run the 'SELECT' Queries.

http://<Server>:<Port>/AE/opensql_test.jsp

This link will open a page where you can run your 'SELECT' statements.
