billing twice in every month

Hi,

Please let me know how to do billing twice in a month??? or how can we fix date say 15th and 30th of every months as the billing dates?? is it thru Factory calender?

kindly explain all the settings required for doing the same.

Hi,

You have two options,

1. By scheduling Background job for 15th and 30th of month.

2. By setting factory calendar

For option 1 you have to schedule SDBILLDL program

For option 2 Create a factory calendar in OVR3 with 15th and 30th as Only working day and remaining as holidays .

Assign the special rule for this factory Calendar

Then assign this factory calendar to the customers in the Billing tab INVOICE DATES & INVOICE LIST DATES.

Then for all the customers to whom factory calender assigned can get the billing on these two days.
