Condition record maitainence

Dear All,

We have created one quotation in that document under condition tab if we want to restrict the usage of condition type based on the user, what settings is needed to do for it.

Say Condition record UTXJ - can be maitianed in the quotation by only one user, others should not able to use this condition type. in the same way another user can maintain condition type R000.

Not sure whether can control in role. Please try to specify the condition type in Authorization Object V_KOND_VEA.

sorry boss it is not happening even after maintaining the condition roles.

Seeking for some more suggestions.

Hi Srini

Are you sure , we can restrict and have these kind of settings in normal SAP systems. I personally feel you should consult an ABAP'er and configure these settings .

Hi,

Pricing is determined in sales order by

Sales area + document pricing procedure + customer pricing procedure.

So create the new customer pricing procedure first.

Then go to XD02 and put that customer pricing procedure over there.

Copy your pricing procedure and create the new pricing procedure and delete the condition type from that.

Now create the new pricing procedure determination which will have this newly created customer pricing procedure.

Now check out by creating sales order whether every thing is correctly or not
