Hi Guys,

Does any of you aware a similar functionality to BW Key figure where used list in DP?

I would like to find out for a given KF what are all the relevant links, for example Planning Area, Planning books and dat views, macros... etc.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Maria

Hi Maria,

As all infoobjects used in DP are derived from BW, the entire data

availability ownership lies with BW only.

Hence SAP does not provide separate transaction to suit your

requirement. All DP objects are linked to BW only.

Please confirm whether your query is resolved.

Hi Maria,

In demand planning also, similar option is available.

Goto transaction /sapapo/msdp_admin, double click on

your planning area, so that all the characteristics and key

figures will be displayed.

Select any key figure and Double click on your key figure,

you can now execute where used list

Hi Senthil,

Thanks for your reply. This list is exactly the same as from rsa1 and giving list of related BW things (InfoCubes, InfoSources, Transfer Rules, etc).

What I am looking for is list of Planning Areas, Planning Books, Dataviews, macros, background jobs, etc.. all demand planning related objects.

Not sure if this functionality also available.

Maria

Hi Maria,

The where used list functionality available in RSA1 transaction.

Under Infoobjects, if you select any DP key figure, and

double click on it, it will show you all the details of key

figures. If you select any particular key figure and click on

where used list, it will display the where used list details of

that selected key figure.
