SRM 7.0 - MDM Catalog 2.0 - problem with connection

Hello, SRM guys.

We are upgrade our SRM 4.0 system to SRM 7.0. We are run a SRM-MDM Catalog 2.0 SP3.

When we create a ShC from SAP Portal, we see the link to our catalog but this link doesn't work correctly. Infact when we click on this link the sistem provides the following message: "Page not found or not available".

The same behavior runs with a punch-out catalog.

For me the problem is related with the portal customizing or with portal authorization.

Hi, we have seen the note number 1264879 but it is referred to SRM 7.0 SAPKIBKV01 and we are SAPKIBKV03. So that note was already implemented in our system.

At this moment, the connection with the MDM catalog is working (the problem was the EP setting) but nowthe problem is the transfer (OCI) from MDM catalog to the Shopping Cart creates a dump referred to "buffer table is not actual".

We have the same behaviour with the ShC creation referred to model or old ShC.

Have you any suggestion?

Hi

Please see below mentioned note is applied in your system.

"Note 1264879 - Transferred Catalog items get stuck at Inbound Handler"

Am not an expert in this area, but after application above metnioned note it resolved our issue in P/o catalogs.
