Hello Everyone,

We are getting the following error when we call the bsp application ( http://hostname.domain.com:8000/sap(bD1lbiZjPTgwMCZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm)

An error occurred during initialization of the application

An exception occurred during the internal HTTP communication

Background:

CRM 7.0 ABAP stack

Patch Level:

SAP_ABA 701 0002 SAPKA70102

SAP_BASIS 701 0002 SAPKB70102

ST-PI 2008_1_700 0000 -

PI_BASIS 701 0002 SAPK-70102INPIBASIS

The issue has been resolved by maintaing the host entry in hosts file

Hi Vadi,

Would you please provide the details of how you maintain the entry in hosts file? I met with the same problem as yours, and I also have maintained the hosts file by adding one line like this:

IP address hostname.domain.com

I still have that problem. Waiting for your suggestion!

Did you check that HTTP is enabled in SMICM?... are the services activated in SICF?

Yes . I have checked it and all the services (http,https,SMTP )are active in SMICM

According to the given note,all the serverices are actiivated except the below two serivice since these nodes doesn't exists.

all services under /default_host/sap/webcuif

/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_bsp_frame

Still the same error.
