Solution Manager Monitor - 'Node (MTE) detail display cannot be displayed'

Hi experts.

I wish to display the instance server used memory on certain period

following is the patch i goes thru.

RZ20 -> SAP J2EE Monitor Templates -> Engines

Engines -> instance server -> services -> memory info -> used memory

and press 'display detail' button.

This can be show the memory status for sure, but just limit within 24 hours.

so instead of showing the period, i notice there have a button call 'display data for a period'

but an error occurs whenever i execute.

the error show as 'Node (MTE) detail display cannot be displayed'

can anyone know what is the solutions to solve this or anyway to achieve my goal.
