Dear Gajesh,

Im doing a test on the development server. There for a testing purposes i entered that amount (71). In the industry standard what is the amount normally should enter as the Base sample qty?

Inspect column is nothing but the sample size of the inspection char.

lets say that your inspection lot size is 1000 & sample size for a char is 30as per sampling procedure assigned.

then....

Inspect :--> is 30 * 1.00 EA where 1 is base unit & EA is unit of measurement

so Inspect is 30 nos

I hope this is clear

Hi Sujith,

So the Base sample qty we assign in Inspection plan doesnt have a impact on this column.

hi

Yes

yes the base sample qty in insample plan does have inpact on this as the size here is

Sample size for a char(by sampling procedure) X base sample Qty(in inspection plan)
