ESS/Portal runtime error

HI

As we enter into ESS Career and job we find Candidate Profile ,Data Overview, Profile release. In jobs we have Applications Apply Directly,Favorites,Search for Jobs.and personal settings.

All the services are showing the erroe as

Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: 11:34_17/07/09_0035_7567350

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.

Can any one help me out from this.

This is periority issue.

Hi,

Please check the following things

System defined for R/3. Check the following properties.

Parameter :- Authentication Ticket Type = SAP Logon Ticket

Parameter :- Logon Method = SAP Logon Ticket

Check whether you have selected this.

System Administration - > Navigation -> Navigation Cache - > Enable ALL

Hi michal,

The exception you pasted is not clear.

1. Pls genrate the error again & check the latest trace and paste it on forum

2. Activate RFC trace in backend system & check wheather user has authorization problem.

hi,

i think ur getting all other applications and u r not getting the above applications .

Go to employee self service role -->carrer and job --> open the iview and check for system property.

And again check the same system name is there in ur system object alises .

path: portalcontent>content provided by SAP->end user content>employee self service.

Please post log file here

Go to http://<hostname>/<port>/nwa

Go to mointoring-->logs and traces

find th log file and paste it here.

Hi ,

check if any portal roles are assigned to the user. If roles are there than please provied some more details from Defaulttrace file.

Logoff from portal and logon again. Hopefully this should resolve the error.

HI ,

Data is Not available in the ECC system client So please check the it with ECC system whether the data is available or not.
