how to assign key combination to pricing

Hi

Define Fields in New Condition Table.

Define New Access Seq. which is search strategy for condition tables .

Assign Access Sequence to Condition Type in V/06 which is assigned to Pricing Procedure.

Create a Condition record , you get key combinations ( Which you defined in Condition Table ) and sequence through access sequence.

So Primarily Key combination of Pricing Procedure are different field combinations to maintain Condition record

HI,

Key combination is your field combinatios which you select or maintain during pricing procedure, its a first step of Pricing procedure determination.

Lets say for PR00 (Price) you want to determine price with two factors.

First you will create two condition table with the Tcode V/03

Here you can have the combination as per your business need.like i said

1. You want to maintain price for customer & material this is one key field combination. Table 005

2. You also want to maintain price for customer & material & plant combination this is another key field combination.Table 006

Now the next is you will create the access sequence for Condition Type PR00 for exp. u maintain access sequence PR02

First go to V/07 & create access seq. PR02

now select PR02 & click on access here new entries & and select the condition table here which u have created in the manner system should the condition record for a condition type PR00.(Basically it checks from specific to general).Means first you will put here Table no. 006 & then 005

After this step you will select that condition table line & select field then enter it will go green means its activate now also select the Exclusive check in front of all the condition table & save it.

Now you can assign that access seq. to your contition type PR00 & accordingly you can make the condition record for your customer.

Dear Meenu,

Vary simple first you have to create different conduction table means table 560, 561, 562,and all this table contain different catalog means 501 contain customer and material 561 contain customer plant and sales org and 562 contain div customer material above is Eg so when u will create access sequence u have to assign all this table to access sequence suppose access sequence is A001 all table will assign then when u create conduction u have to select most specific to most geranial so their u will use key combination Eg u maintain conduction so u will thing on which table u wil maintain conduction record u will select first 561 then 561 u will not maintain conduction record on 560 like this u can use key combination

HI,

To create the key combination we have to first decide which condition field has to be in the header & in item. While you create the condition table V/05 select the required condition fields then select the Technical view there you tick the condition field which has to aapear in the item level in the field column.

After this assign this condition table to the access sequence V/07 then assign the same access sequence to Condtion type V/06

Then maintain the condition record for this key combination through VK11.

Hi Dharmesh

here you have to understand the process of Condition technique.

Condition table ( Key field)-->Access sequence -->(Access) >Condirion type>Pricing Procedure.

So first you will heave to create the condition table based on those key field which you want.

Subsequently create the access sequence and access. Attach this condition table to this access.

After that assign this access sequence to condition type.

once the access sq is being assign to condition type you can create the condition record based on

your key field. Which will reflect in your document. Hope it will help you.

Key combination means Condition Fields first assign to Access Sequence in V/07. After that Access Sequence assign to Condition Type in V/06 which is assigned to Pricing Procedure.

So when you create a Condition record of any Condition Type through VK11 ,you get the Condition Fields which is assigned as per the above Logic.You can select any of the key Combination and can create a record.
