KBETR in shipment cost: subitem

Hi,

In the shipment cost ( t-code: vi03), Shipment cost for sub item, I can see that the amount for sub item is 8 %

Condition Type Z101

Name Fuel Surch % FTL

Amount 8

Crcy %

But when I checked at this table KONV, the kbetr field contains 80 instead of 8.

Is this KONV-KBETR field refer to the same field in the screen of shipment cost for sub item?

If it is not, then which the SAP table field that the 8 % is refering to?

Hi,

Whatever value you get in KONV-KBETR, always divide it by 10. This will be your actual value.

KONV table gives you transaction data for a condition type .

KBETR in the Condition amount which is 8 % in your case , so it should show 8% only.

The only confusion which you can have is that you may be looking at KWETR = Condition amount which may be 80( 8%*100( base amt for your condition)

Thanks for the explanation.

I had checked the data of KONV table.

KONV-KBETR = 80

KONV-KWERT = 81.6

KONV-KAWRT = 1020

The value displayed in shipment cost sub item screen is 8%.

I would like to know what is the formula to get the 8%.

Hope that you can give me some light here.

Plz check which KONV record are u looking at .

If Shipment Cost document try to Enter Vendor details in selection screen

Divide the value by 10 to get the % amount

For Eg the discount value is 10 % , In KBETR field it will show 100-( 100/10=10, - for %)
