dialog user getting locked

Hi,

one of the dialog user in our SAP system getting locked automatic everday by incorrect logon.

how to find it that why it is getting locked and from where.

Hi,

U should not switch on the trace anytime u want. follow below steps.

Before switching on the trace, make sure at what particular time the user is getting locked,

In SUIM--->change management -

---

>for users

give there user name and select some period and see. at what particular time the user is getting locked.

Next is unlock the user, and switch on the trace @ that particular time where in the user was getting locked.

thanks for your reply

root cause of the problem has been identified.

user id and password was saved in one of the RFC connection of solution manager server and password used there was old password. Due to that user was getting locked..

we identified the poblem by the help of Tcode STAD and SM21.

Hi Koushal;

How did you fix this issiue using TC STAD adn SM21; I m having same issue here in Belgium.

I see "HP user locked" message in SM21 and that is all.

Could you please explain your path to solution a little bit more

switch on the trace for that particular user and check why it is getting locked
