Messages in mdt in Delevering Status

Hi all

We have scenario were if you goto rwb mdt the messages is in delevering status and succsefull, now we cant cancell the the delevering messages so all the other messages goes into holding status? any help please.

go to messaging system

http://host:port/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp and select your message and take action required

Hi

Messages goes to holding status in multimapping.

go to iterface determination and remove check from checkbox..(right hand side checkbox..didd'nt remember its name)

after this your messages will not go in hold status..
