How to Map the following scenarion in SD

A material is maintained in a plant with total shelf life as 30 days and minimum remaining shelf life is 15 days. The customer wants minimum remaining shelf life when delivered to his premises should not be less than 25 days.

Hi,

You can use batch search strategy in VCH1.

In the batch search strategy use remaining shelf life as >25 days for that customer +material. Keep in mind the transit time and include it in the remaining shelf life if needed.

By this way the system will pick the correct batch during delivery creation.

Make sure that in SPRO, the field remaining shelf life has been added in the batch strategy type.
