How to see the Stock for the project and what are the settings we want to do to see the stock

Hi Raj,

You need to maintain special stock "Q" for acct asst catg. 'Q' in the Material management>purchasing>Account Assignment-->Maintain Account Assignment Categories.

define item category and acctastctg. combination in the Material management>purchasing>Account Assignment-->Maintain Define Combination of Item Categories/Account Assignment Categories (L-Q).

goto OPSA proejct profile make the project as 'valuated project stock'.

goto OPS8 Make PF, WE as Stock item 'L' (Item cat MRP-L), maintain priorities plant stock-2, project stock-1 & sales stock-3).

Now create PR, check whether account asst ctg. is "Q" or not is yes the proceed, create PO and GR.

Now check the stock in MBBS for the project or WBS.

Apart from above tRy MD4C Which is like MD46 report which gives you various options to see the stock by various permination combinations

Hi

You can check in MMBE , in that select the WBS element / Storage location and click the detailed display icon .

For Valueated sales order and project stock you can use MBBS report.

Hi,

MD04 is the t-code for Requirements List .

For Stock you should refer MMBE.

For Valuated Project Stock it is MBBS.

To main stock for the Project in OPSA t-code Select either Non-Valu Stock or Valuated Stock for the Project Profile.

The above setting can be changed while creating Project Definition with that profile if required for any specific cases. However, One saved it becomes non editable.
