yes, scheduling agreement quantities are included in the MRP run. when you run MD02, for example, the requirements will be displayed in MD04.
i think you may be interested in the availability check for scheduling agreements as well... scheduling agreement quantities are normally confirmed as this type of document represents a commitment to deliver on specified dates.
