No Characteristics in results recording screen

Dear Experts,

During results recording for calibration inspection lots, the characteristics were not displayed , though we have maintained in the tasklist for that equipment . The tasklist also assigned to this inspection and we were able to see the inspection characteritics here. The sample size calculated is zero and were unable to change this also. How to proceed further.

Some of my suggestions

1) You will have to create a new order (through IW31 ) , release it and then create a inspection lot. You can cancel the inspection lot but that will not have affect on the created order.

2) Let this Lot be completed. Give the UD for the lot. If you want to do result recording create addition characteristic and do the recording for this lot

the simplest solution is

go to QA02

enter inspection lot number

click on reset sample

save.

go to qa32 check ststus as CRTD

go to QA05 or QA02 & change the task list.

go to IP02 chnage the task list or update.

now go to qa02-->cgo to sample click on sample

save.

check status release(REL).

please make sure that the sampling procedure you have chosen has a tick in plant maintenance. please check if you have get any meesage while releasing the order

Dear Gajesh,

The indicator for plant maintenance was already there . Is it possible to cancel the lot , bringing back the order to created state and create a new inspection lot ? Is any difference in the task list number and the opeartion number will cause this problem ?

The operation to which the inspection characteristics was assigned in the tasklist is 0020 , but it was changed to 0010 and we think that causes whole lot of this problem . Please advice on this.
