Hi,

It will automatic check the Budget and adjust the values. using this function we can check the following

1. Consistency check of plan\budget

The system carries out a consistency check for plan/budget, and logs any errors. It also creates adjustment items, that are suitable for correcting the inconsistencies found.

2.Adjustment of Plan/Budget to Agree with Available

The system adjusts the plan/budget to agree with the assigned values of an object, if the assigned values have already exceeded the plan or the budget. If inconsistencies are found, then the system generates adjustment postings that correct the inconsistencies.

3.Transfer of Plan to Budget

For each object, the system updates line items in the budget that represent the difference between the plan values being copied and any already existing budget values.

On the selection screen, you can enter an explanatory text for these line items.

In addition, you can decide whether the line item should be updated in the form of a change to the original budget (default setting) or in the form of a supplement or return.

4.Mass Release of Budget for Projects

If you are adopting plan values, then the values used are those displayed in reporting, that is, the annual and overall values, along with values from cost element planning and unit costing, as well as values from additive orders or networks for the project.

For each WBS element, the system updates line items that are the difference between the source values being copied and any existing releases. You can enter an explanatory text for these line items on the initial screen. In addition, you can specify if the full amount of the source values is adopted, or if a percentage is used to weight the values.

Regards,

Nag.
