System status DELT is active

Hi,

When I select the reject and save the shopping cart, I get error "System status DELT is active ".

Please tell me what is wrong.

DELT means: Your doc is marked for deletion.

When the shopping cart is deleted, the approval workflow should be deleted and remove from approval worklist right?
