Cache connectivity test showing errors in RWB

Hi,

cacheconnectivity test shows error as below in RWB.

MSG_REPOSITORY_ERRORConnection to system null using application null lost. Detailed information: Error accessing "http://<host>:<port>/rep/conntest/int?" with user "PIRWBUSER". Response code is 401, response message is "Unauthorized"

Hi,

Check the user name(PIRWBUSER) and password in exchange profile(RuntimeWorkbench) and also check the host name ,port,instance number.

i have Checked the user name(PIRWBUSER) and password in exchange profile(RuntimeWorkbench) and also the host name ,port,instance number all are fine. still i am getting the problem.
