Line number not updated in RFx Excel Upload in Background

Hi All,

We are in SRM7.0

In RFx, we can upload items using the EXCEL upload format, while doing this, if it is a large file, the action is moved to background.

All the items are getting added, however the line number field is not updated(in background), which should happen automatically.

I implemented BBP_PD_DOWNLOAD badi to customise the download/upload format.

Line number getting updated automatically, when action is in foreground.

Please suggest.

OSS worked on this for long and gave us a note. This works in front end though.
