Periodic Service Charge Settlement in RE-FX.

Hi All,

I am new to this module and I fell the Settlement Process very complex. Can anyone tell me how to process the settlement run for Water or electricity in RE-FX? Here i saw a word called cost collector. What is this how it is used to settle cost.?

Hi Mohan,

I have created participation group, settlement unit but still while i am trying to post vendor invoice from FI and giving Bsiness entity it is shwoing me company code required for FI posting error. Can you explain what is this error and how to solve this.

Dear Bala,

May i know which T-code you are using to post incoming vendor payment? Please try t-code REEXF_28 and enter the company code, G/L account, Profit center etc and then process.

Hi Bala,

For settlement you have to use service charge settlemet.In this we have to create participation group ,settlement variant and settlement rule for that .

Based on the settlement variant and rule electricity and water charges can be settled.
