Uploading signature in to sapscript window

To upload signature I used Import Graphics in sapscript window. It's working fine in dev system. But when I moved to Production the signature is not coming. I had only one transport created for sapscript change.

Can you please let me know why it's not moved to production.

Thanks a lot everybody.

Is the graphics signature moved to production.

go to SE78, and check whether the signature is existing in production.

do a print preview from SE78 itself and see.

IF existing, then switch on debugging at sapscript, and try debugging..

No I didn't do through SE78. I directly imported iin SE71/window text elements and Import Graphics option. Do I need to upload thru SE78 and then import in to window.

You might be a having a line which looks similar to this in your sapscript, right ?

BITMAP 'GRAPHICS_NAME' OBJECT GRAPHICS ID BMAP TYPE BMON

The object which you see in quotes (or if variable, in between '&' (ampersand ) sign, should be existing in SAP.

Go to SE78 and see whther that is existing in Prod.

Hi ,

if you imported from se71 ..check the path you importes

see below example..

INCLUDE ZHEX-MACRO-LOGO-A OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE EN

the higlighted one is the image name ..

check in PRD where the highlited one is exit in SE78..

else you need to upload through Se78 and transport again..

It do exist in DEv system right ?

Ok go to se78, select that graphic.. then on application toolbar, you see that 'Truck' (Lorrry button right ? (Transport.Button).

Hit on that...

it will prompt you for transport request...

release and transport..
