Error 4 in the Update

Hi BW Experts,

Thanks in Advance. We are extracting data from ECCS source system by using process chains the data has successfully loaded in to ODS. When it is uploading from ODS To Cube it has given the following error message

Value 'BT (blank)' (hex. '420054002000280062006C0061006E006B002900') of characteristic 0CS_SITEM contains invalid characters

when i have look at the step by step analysis this messages found.

Can any one help me on this issue your help will be appreciated.

The field contains an invalid character..which system possibly cannot display so its just showing up as a 'space'(blank).

If u possibly know what the invalid character is..add it in Tcode RSKC.

U can also try using 'ALL_CAPITAL' in RSKC.I believe it allows capital letters of all languages.

Else back out request from cube,after making it RED.

Reset delta maintenance for that request in ODS.

I think PSA might not be used for loading from ODS to Cube.

Run delta load from ODS but just load till PSA.Then once data comes to PSA,view the PSA and find records that have this problem value.Edit the records by double clicking on each and change the values of the field.

Then do further update from PSA to Cube.
