genric delta on timestamp not working

I have created a generic delta on a generic detasource.

When I initialize the delta in BW, it picks up all the data from the datasource. After that once I switch over to the delta loads, no data is picked up. Any pointers will help.

Hi Saurabh,

If your delta field is of type "timestamp" then check that value entered should be UTC Time Stamp in Short Form (YYYYMMDDhhmmss). If it is entered in any other form then delta load does not happen.

If u have run the delta load,soon after the init load,it might happen that no new records were created in the short interval between the 2 runs.

Could u kindly create new relevant data,and then check in delta queue rsa7?does the datasource appear in the delta queue?

additionally you might think about specifying a safety interval with a lower limit of half an hour.
