Upgrade SOLMAN 7.0 EHP1 SP19 to SP20

Hi!

Since 10.7.2009 it is possible to download SAPKITL430 and to update SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EhP1 from SPS19 to SPS20.

Has some one already experience with this update?

Question:

1a) How does the SPAM/SAINT-queue look like?

1b) Which components besides (SAPKB70104, SAPKB70104, SAPKU50014) do I need to include via SPAM/SAINT?

2) What are the new functions comming up with SPS20?

Hi

This sap note "1169247" does not cover the update to SP20

I agree SP20 is not covered in that may be we need to wait for some more time for latest note on SP20

What are the new functions comming up with SPS20

As far i know with SP20 of SAP Solution Manager you will no longer have to download an install the Process Scheduling Adapter (software component ST-PSM)

This is exactly the problem.

This sap note "1169247" does not cover the update to SP20. ...

You should calculate the queue using MOPZ, in that case, you are certain all packages will be included.

As for the second question, I'm not sure what features it brings, but since it's not an enhancement pack, I think it's mainly corrections.

I might give it a go on my test system..... just to have a look

But It might take a few days before i get to it!
