XI Alerts do not show up in Alert inbox

Hi,

I have configured the alerts on the dev system . The alerts are working fine on dev system. I have transported the alert category and the rules from dev system to another system. On this system the alerts do not show up in the inbox. I tried generating a test alert using report RSALERTTEST, these alerts can be seen in the alert inbox.

Hi Sneha,

Please check in ALRTDISP tcode, if any entries are there,delete those and try again.

I have checked the AlrtDISP t-code. There are no entries in the table.

Did you done the transporation like above..

Check the below

SLG1 - for logs

ALRTDISP - ALERT QUEUE

Activation of alert rule

Check if condition is provided and error category meets

check receipent is provided

also make sure "Suppress multiple alerts" in unchecked in RWB

Suppress multiple alerts is unchecked. Do i need to setup some more configuration?
