List of sales orders only displays first item

Hello,

The list of sales orders only displays the first item of sales orders.

I've tried all layouts but whatever layout I select, only the first item of the sales orders is displayed.

Can anyone tell me where I can change this setting (it seems to me it's not the standard SAP setting)?

Check if you have some column with Filter.

I removed every filter in VA05 > still the same problem.

Hi ,

Please go to VA05 --Enter the required values (Select the values before execution) SettingsLayout-Chooseselect Layout 0SAP finally execute the same.

Hi ,

There will be three variants in layout of T Code:VA05 .If you select layout setting ALL you will find sub-layouts 0SAP,1SAP & 3 SAP.Please select 0SAP for all info.of sales order ,1SAP for only line item info & 3SAP for schedule line items info.

It seems some authorisation issue for layouts.Pls check with your basis team.

Hi

Goto VA05>Settings>Layout>Change>Display-->Select "Display totals lines above the enteries".
