Active workflows in the system

Is there any way I can find all the active workflow in the system at table level??

Try with the Transaction SWUI which gives you all the workflows

In table HRS1205 you can find the active version number of workflow templates.

If this is not what you're looking for please for now (and in the future) elaborate your question.

Could you please state what exactly is the requirement to do that?

At user level you can get the curret workitems assigned to a user from table SWWUSERWI.

Check this table for all users.
