Shopping cart throws error when currency is changed to AED

Hi SRM Folks,

We are facing issue in Shopping cart.

User logs into SRM system and tries to create a SC by changing currency from base currency CHF to AED.

The moment he clicks on ADD to SC, a short dump is thrown (An exception that could not be caught occurred.)

Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 120 -u: REQGEN01 -l: E -s: R10 -i: r1000_R10_00 -w: 0 -d: 20090715 -t: 124810 -v: RABAX_STATE -e: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

We have checked the currency AED is maintained in SRM and also the currency exchange rates are maintained in for AED to CHF( the base currency)

We have run two reports successfully:

BBP_GET_CURRENCY

BBP_GET_EXRATE

Still we get this error.

Any pointers about this will be high useful for us.

Hi

try to create a cart again. since total cost of the cart is already created upon your attribute currency .

so system may find difficulty to recaluclate the total shc cost.

Hi , Is this a catalog item? If yes then check Mapping Catalog Characteri: eg

/CCM/CURRENCY_CODE NEW_ITEM-CURRENCYstics to OCI Fields

Also check the currency code in SRM Server: IMG > SAP Web Application Server > General Settings > Currencies > Check Currency Codes.
