background of images uploaded through se78

hi guys,

The image background uploaded through SE78 (Form Graphics) to use in Smartforms is not coming properly. The background of the image is coming slightly blue in color. But the image background is completely white which I uploaded. I want to upload the exact logo (with white background) which the client provided in SE78. Please help me out.

hi,

If the logo is uploaded with a to big color depth this problem happens.

(e.g., upload a .BMP logo with 24-bits color depth)

If you upload a .BMP logo with a 256 color depth, the white part of the logo will come white.

Hi,

is it a Black & White or color Logo?

If its a Black & White, make sure u select the Black and White radio button in SE78 before uploading.

well i dont think images you upload get modified in any way. i suppose it just shows with a slight blue background to one reason or another.

I´m pretty sure if you print it there wont be any blue in it.

hi florian, thanks for the reply. I have not printed it yet but when I see the uploaded image in the print preview the background is slightly bluish...but the actual background is white... I have uploaded the image in proper bitmap format .... i am not getting why is it happening...
