Service desk Ticket

Dear All

Not able to view services desk ticket

I have created a copy of user which is able to see service desk ticket and also given

Sap_all rights to the user and crated BP and minted it in Employee maintenance tab in solman. But still the user is not able to see the service desk tickets

After solution manager system restart at last night user is able to see all service desk ticket
