Data types based on db table fields

Hi,

We are trying to build a outbound interface based on the SQL server database to select the data and send to SAP using RFC.

I would like to know if we need to follow any specific format to define the data types and Message Types in the integration repository. I have one table in db with 5 columns in it.

U want to create the data type and message type for selecting the database . For data type format refer :
