Want to remove the configuartion which copies the priority text?

Hi All,

When we create a Change Document from a Change Request the priority field entry from the Change Request gets copied to the Change Document priority field. Where can I find this configuration and how do I remove this configuartion?

Hi,

Follow this SPRO node.

Scenario-Specific Settings --> Change Management --> Change Request Management --> Extended Configuration --> Change Transaction --> Change Transaction Types --> Make Settings for Change Transaction Types.

Select your SDCR --> Copy Control Rules --> You will see a column for priority.

You can uncheck the option against your Change Document.

Hope this solves your problem.

Can you please tell me how I can make the priority field of the change document by defualt to contain text as 'Emergency'.
