Person assignment tab

Hi,

Iu2019m not able to get person assignment tab for the activity in cj20n.

I have maintained work and workcenter for each activity.

Can any one help me on this, I have checked note 543362 and have maintained the same.

But i dont know what is missing.

I have maintained all the steps specified in the discussion but still not able to get the person assignment tab.

Is there any customization missing ?

Hi,

goto OPUU (Maintain Network Profile) Transaction...double click on your project related Network Profile.

In Network Parameter subscreen....Cap. reqmts check box must be ticked.

Ensure this.

Hi

Yes you need to do some settings in SPRO

SPRO-PS-Structures-Oerative structures-Network-User Interface settingsLayout of activity detail screen- Define layout activity detail screen

Select your network profile with TAB01(Labour & Materials) and click details icon

In detail screens on tab page

You have 5 screens in that any one of the screen change to 17 Personnel Assignment to Activity/Element

Maintain the HRMS data in your work center and try

Ex:

maintain the person in HRMS screen

Yes it is maintained; i had done this earlier and have also succeeded, but did not face such problem.

when i go to planning board for Capacity planning -> workforce planning i get a error message " No requirements were found for the selection criteria".

Any guesses atleast to solve this.

Hi Chandru

Actually the note 543362 (written by me) should give you all the information. Anyway double check the following again.

1. Is the flag 'capacity requirement' of network set?

2. Is the scheduling for network done?

3. Is the work for activity maintained?

4. Which work center is maintained for involved activtiy. Call CR03 for this work center.

4.1. In work center, in the capacity tab. Is the formular for field 'Other formular' maintained. Default is SAP008

4.2. Click of button 'HR assignment', is the HR resource assigned?

If all the checkitems do not help, you can open a customer message to let SAP have a look.

This is issue is solved, the problem was because of work center formula, I had not maintained SAP008 in others

The response from this forum is really great, good quality answers compared to forums

Hi,

You must create work center from T-code CNR1---- PS releated Work Center and Use capacity category as 002 (Labour) and work center category 0006 (Project Management). Assign this work center in activity with some work assigned. Then you can see person assignment tab.
