While printing a customer invoice directly from SAP the user doesn't get the default printer options.When he saves the Invoice in the local drive of his machine then he can take a printout wherin a pop up for the default printer with the printer name comes.
Is there any way where the user can directly take a printout from SAP application rather than saving locally first and then printing.Currently if he tries to take a printout directly then the pop up that has the default printer name comes blank and is without any printer name which is not the case when he takes printouts on saving it locally.
Basically the default printer name should come in the printer pop up when the user tries to take a printout through SAP.
Is there any setting that needs to be checked?

Check the below settings
1.In t-code SU01 check whether ur user has been assigned with in Tab Defaults OutputDevice
2. Check ur smart form whether u mainaitaned Printer Parameters thru driver programme to smart form
3.Check ur Condition record for ur output type in Communication on top whther u assigned ur Output device in VV32
