Hi Gurus,

I am having some short dumps is ST22 , regarding the SRT_CCMS_DATA_COLLECTOR/ RFC related key words, and with a 5 mins difference i get another one, can someone please share his/her experience in solving the issue, as i have gone through some notes and they suggest it could be due to Time_out , so i have already tried by increasing rdisp/max_wprun_time to almost 31000 secs. I have also implemented a note for work around, but all in vain.. I have checked the RFC connections between my DEV (Backend) and MI (Mobile Engine Server) they are all functioning fine..

Any help.

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

keywords:

"RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "

"SAPLCRFC" or "LCRFCU20"

"RFC_CONNECTION_CLOSE"

or

"SAPLCRFC" "DESTINATION_NOT_OPEN"

or

"SRT_CCMS_DATA_COLLECTOR " "DESTINATION_NOT_OPEN"

If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error

notification to SAP, include the following information:

1. The description of the current problem (short dump)

To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

2. Corresponding system log

Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.

Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP

program: The source code of the program

In the editor, choose "Utilities->More

Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".

I hope this what u have asked for, or u want some other log.

Hi Juan,

I have already checked that note , but he is getting this while starting SAP , i have already implemented this Note NOTE_0001095663, which was mentioned in another message.. but anyways ,now i have implemented NOTE_0001120534 this as well.

Lets see if this resolves the issue or not.

Will be updating shortly.
