Hi,
I get the error "Configuration Error: No CM system assigned to this task." when I try to run a crawler for a newly created index.
This TREX instance is shared by other portal environments too but the other portal environments behave fine.
Any ideas?
Best Regards,
Kumar
Hello Kumaran,

I'm wondering why. Why do they have to be added to the scheduler task Index Task Queue Reader?
The CM Systems parameter is not mandatory. I think that when one ore more CM systems are not explicity set, the system should instantiate the task in whatever CM system it wants.
Why is the behaviour different?
Thanks, Davide

Following is the fix:
CM Systems had to be added to the Scheduler tasks.

Also, this environment had two server instances. The nameserver configuration should be on the global level so that the changes take effect on both servers.
