Hi Indu,
SWO1 is the BUsiness Object Builder.
You can use t-code SWO1 to check the values stored in the BO at run time. These values would be used in the workflow while execution.
So for PO if you want to check the attribute values you can go to SWO1 -> Test run -> provide Instance as the GUID of the PO and check the values stored in the various attributes of the BO.
Hope this helps you debug!

Saumya

Hello Indu,
SWo1:Business Object Builder
Using the Business Object Builder, you can access the definition of one object type directly, in order to create, display or change it. Various functions such as Check, Test, Generate, Where-used list are available. You can also create subtypes for an existing object type.

With this transaction you can instantiate the PO Business Object (BUS2201) with the GUID.
That way you can see what the data looks like at runtime from a workflow perspective.

Hi,
SWO1 is the Business Object builder. You can create sub object type if you need additional attributes or method.
What is your workflow issue?
