Problem in SCOT

Dear All

I am not able to send E Mail through SCOT in SOLMAN. After sending Mail I can see the status is Completed in the SCOT. Please help me

Hi

If the status in SOST shows message sent, you check with your IT guys for configuration at your SMTP/exchange server.

There is simply not enough information here to help you... Please post the errors in SOST as suggested.

HI Soumya,

This can be happened for 2 cases

1) Your time zone and system time zone are different. Change you time zone from su01 or su3, and make it system time zone.

2) Full domain name is not correct. Donu2019t use *.sample.sample.com use sample.sample1.com

Please let us know if you face same proble again.

The log can be found on SOST also, there you can check the status of your mail also.

Please check the status of ur mail in SBWP whether ur mail in outbox or not.
