Customizing for feedback functionality missing

Hi Experts

I have configured Service Desk in solution manager, when i try to create a message in satellite system. I am getting a error message u201CCustomizing for feedback functionality missingu201D.

Any customizing has to be done in satellite system. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Have you generated the bp

Use BP_GEN transaction to generate BP for the user and check if this user who is posting wil have these roles.

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

In dno_cust01

action profile...SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO needs to be maintained.

Now post if again the error occurs check this

goto Solman

Thanks for your information, as per this i have created entry in the table, but now i am getting error when i create message "Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System"

Hi

There are a lot of factors for 513 error try this note

Note 864195 - Error 513 when you enter Support Desk Message

If you are done with this error your basic service desk will be ready.

Select Table BCOS_CUST

Choose maitain

Select new enteries

Provide the details in the below manner

OSS_MSG W NONE CUST620 1.0

If your are facing the error in Ecc system then give the details as below

OSS_MSG W (Rfc of Solution manager) CUST620 1.0

Hi,

Have you created any message so far directly in solman via help->create support mesage

If it is happening then only u cn say prb is with satellite system

in addition check the configuration guide available on SMP for ur version
