Hi Experts
I have configured Service Desk in solution manager, when i try to create a message in satellite system. I am getting a error message u201CCustomizing for feedback functionality missingu201D.
Any customizing has to be done in satellite system. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Have you generated the bp
Use BP_GEN transaction to generate BP for the user and check if this user who is posting wil have these roles.
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN
In dno_cust01
action profile...SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO needs to be maintained.
Now post if again the error occurs check this
goto Solman
TA -
SLG1 here press execute and check details for the error.

Have you created any message so far directly in solman via help->create support mesage
If it is happening then only u cn say prb is with satellite system

in addition check the configuration guide available on SMP for ur version
