Hi,
I have created a service PO and a maintenance order.
The PR got created during that order creation. In order, the value is getting displayed in planned cost.
When i do the SES for the PO with reference to PR, in actual column of order, the value not getting appeared.
Where i miss the setting?
Please advice.
I have used Cost center in PO.
In order creation, i have PM03 order type.
Regards

Hi
The issue I will treat like this
You said the PR generated through the work order then why you have created PO with cost centre
Whenever you are doing SES accepting against cost entre cost will go to the concern Cost centre
& never come to order
Create PO with reference To PR so that account assignment will be only order
When you do SES against PO cost will automatically come to order

Hi
Just check
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Maintenance and Service Processing>Maintenance and Service Orders>Functions and Settings for Order Types>Goods Movements for Order-->Define Documentation for Goods Movements for the Order
Check if the Purchase Order tick is checked for the plant and Order type
Else check for costing variant maintained as per path
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Maintenance and Service Processing>Maintenance and Service Orders>Functions and Settings for Order Types>Costing Data for Maintenance-->Assign Costing Parameters and Results Analysis Keys and Service Orders
Thanks
Manish
