We have a requirement where certain task approvers who do not belong to SRM application hence they can not access SRM directly. But task item is available for there approval in Universal Work List. Can they approve the task from UWL. If not what we need to do so that non SRM users can approve task from portal Universal Work List
Thanks and Regards

Hi,
If you are talking about SRM document approval, the approver should have his/her user account in SRM. The approver never gets workitem if there is no user account in SRM.
If approver has user account in SRM, approval is possible from Portal UWL and email with offline approval.

Thank you very much Masa,
I am talking about shoping cart approval
using SRM shoping card a request has been created now. But the approver(Manager of the requester) for that request is not SRM system user. Will that user be able to get task item in UWL
Thanks and Regards

Yes,Sudhir,
If the Approver is not integrated into the organisation Model,
It is not possible for him to approve the Shopping Cart.
Also the system allows only those users to create a SC,who have an US ID in SRM and assigned in the Org Model, and have the minimum attributes for the creation of SC assigned.
