Why Shopping cart item follow on documents not update sometimes?

We are using Classic scenario in our company. I have seen in some of the shopping cart follow on documents like PO created from soucing will not update at shopping cart item level. Is their any specific reation and what we need to check and where?

In the Sourcing Cockpit, you create one or several follow-on documents for

one or several shopping cart items.

You then determine that the system incorrectly updated the status of the

shopping cart. The status: "Item in transfer process" and "Follow-on

document created" is not updated.

is it applicable for you?

or you can you check bbp_document_tab tables entries w.r.t your cart

debug bbp_get_status jobs. why this PO informations are not updated in SRM.

if data everything is correct and not updated in sc follow on documnet and you can take up to SAP and ask solution /suggestion/remedy.

Hi Muthu,

I checked in our case user can't tried to create more than one follow on documents because shopping cart item can't come in sourcing because GOA already assinged, so it can't be process more than one from sourcing.
