logon problem to portal

hi,

when i m entering my administrator user id and password or any user id ..i m not able to log in...first logon screen remains there..portal was working fine earlier..actually i did some changes in visual admin-> server -> services -> key storage..after those changes i m not able to log in...even i removed all changes wat i had done there in keystorage area....

hi there,

You can try restoring key storage area to default.

and if required activating the super user.

hi Mittal,

I ve deleted certificates from deault and ticket store area but i ve saved them to my local drive...when i m loading them again in those areas ,portal is not working yet...i ve tried by changing their extension also like .crt .cert .pfx but its not working

wat is super user....its urgent...
