Overall Result in a Query

Hi All,

In the query i have created the OVERALL RESULT is coming at the bottom of the query when i execute it. Is there any way i can bring it to the top, viz. OVERALL RESULT as the top row and then the breakdown at the bottom

Hi,

Yes, this is possible.

This can be done from Query Properties. Open your query in Query Designer. Click on the icon "Query Properties".

BW 3.5: Goto Display tab >> Results Position >> Top/Left or Top/Right

BW 7.0: Goto Rows/Columns tab >> Results Position

Hi,

You can bring the overall result at the top but it will move result (if you are drilling down other char in report) also in the top. You have the option to select the result at bottom/top in the query properties but you can not control Overall Result and result seperately.
