Hi,
Collaboration Projects>Connection to External Systems>Object Links in SAP Systems-->Make Settings for Calling an SAP Transaction/Make Settings for the Linked SAP Objects
Collaboration Projects>Connection to External Systems>Accounting Integration-->Activate Integration/Define Object Links for Accounting Integration/Make General Settings/Define Cost/Revenue Rates/Replicate Cost/Revenue Rates/Replicate Accounting-Relevant Characteristics/Make Settings in ERP System.
the above mentioned are the main setting you need to consider in cProject configuration.
there is no configuration as such in Project system, other than creating specific profile for this........

Hi Chee Boon,
It depends which business scenario you would like have. Typically we talk about cProject integrated with ERP PS.
If you would like use object link functionaltiy, that means, to enable a link between cProject and ERP PS. The settings are done in cProject side.
If you would like to have the multiple level controlling functionality in cProject, then the customizing settings have to be done in both system. The document above should give you the overview.
Kind regards,
Zhenbo
