I am facing the below error if I leave my webdynpro application idle just for few minutes

Could not create JCOClientConnection for logical System: WD_MODELDATA_DEST - Model: class com.sap.demo.Model. The SSO ticket needed for authentication to WD_MODELDATA_DEST has expired. Close all applications and logon anew!

I have check the log on ticket life time to be as 30 minutes, but this error shows up even before

Thanks Srikanth,

Went through the links you sent but still not fruitful.

The note mentioned SAP Note 825149 - does not talk about the error in subject.

The error occurs only when we leave the Webdynpro application idle for few minutes. Else it works fine.

Any other pointers please

Does any face this kind of error

The issue occurs after the specific time mentioned in log on ticket expiration time.

HI

You need to check the time limit for the session expiration for the backend.

could you please let me know where do we check the same at back end?

Hi,

You need to contact some basis admin to find out this parameter.

plus check your SSO certificate also. The problem might also occur because of expiration of the SSO certificate.
